There are 6 consult rooms at Mana Therapy Hub. Room 3 is currently available for full time hire (unfurnished), and there is also some part-time availability (full day or half day) in room 6 as well as evening and weekend availability in room 2. Rental includes shared use of the reception area and kitchen facilities. At the rear of the property there is a mobility park and ramp access.

Consult Room 2: Ruma Rua
Ruma Rua is west facing with a window looking out to the front of the property. A sunscreen blind provides privacy. It is fully furnished, with desk and desk chair, seating area and storage.
Ruma Rua is available during the week on Mondays and Friday afternoons and in the evenings and weekends. Rental includes a designated parking spot to the front of the property (for you or your client) and the use of shared facilities.
Working week rate:
$70 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) Monday
$40 + GST for a half day (1.00 – 5.00 pm) Friday
Evenings and weekends:
$60 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) Saturday or Sunday
$30 + GST for an evening (5.00 – 9.00 pm)
Consult Room 3: Ruma Toru
Ruma Toru is east facing with a window looking out to the back of the property. A sunscreen blind provides privacy.
Ruma Toru is currently available during the week on Tuesdays and Fridays and in the evenings and weekends. Rental includes a designated parking spot to the front of the property (for you or your client) and the use of shared facilities.
Working week rate:
$75 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) Tuesday or Friday
$45 + GST for a half day (8.00 am – 12.00 pm or 1.00 – 5.00 pm) Tuesday or Friday
Evenings and weekends:
$65 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) Saturday or Sunday
$35 + GST for an evening (5.00 – 9.00 pm)
Consult Room 6: Ruma Ono
Ruma Ono is on the first floor and is east facing with a window looking out to the back of the property and one to the side. Ruma Ono is fully furnished with a desk and large seating area. Locked storage is available on request.
Ruma Ono is currently available for part time lease – full day or part day – on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. Rental includes a designated parking spot at the rear of the property (for therapist use only) and the use of shared facilities – a bathroom upstairs and waiting area and kitchen downstairs.
$90 + GST per full day
