There are 5 consult rooms at Mana Therapy Hub. We have part-time availability in Rooms 2 and 3. Rental includes shared use of the reception area and kitchen facilities. At the rear of the property there is a mobility park and ramp access.

Consult Room 2: Ruma Rua
Ruma Rua is west facing with a window looking out to the front of the property. A sunscreen blind provides privacy. It is fully furnished, with desk and desk chair, seating area and storage.
Ruma Rua is available during the week on Mondays and Friday afternoons and in the evenings and weekends. Rental includes a designated parking spot to the front of the property (for you or your client) and the use of shared facilities.
Working week rate:
$70 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) Monday
$40 + GST for a half day (1.00 – 5.00 pm) Friday
Evenings and weekends:
$60 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) Saturday or Sunday
$30 + GST for an evening (5.30 – 9.30 pm)
Consult Room 3: Ruma Toru
Ruma Toru is east facing with a window looking out to the back of the property. A sunscreen blind provides privacy.
Ruma Toru is currently available during the week on Tuesdays and Fridays and in the evenings and weekends. Rental includes a designated parking spot to the front of the property (for you or your client) and the use of shared facilities.
Working week rate:
$75 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) FULLY BOOKED
$45 + GST for a half day (8.00 am – 12.00 pm or 1.00 – 5.00 pm) FULLY BOOKED
Evenings and weekends:
$65 + GST for a full day (8.00 am – 5.00 pm) Saturday or Sunday
$35 + GST for an evening (5.30 – 9.30 pm)
Play/ Art Room 5: Ruma Rima
Ruma Rima is west facing with windows looking out to the front and side of the property. Sunscreen blinds provide privacy. It is fully furnished, with seating and a desk, as well as a children’s size table and chairs and a wide selection of toys and art supplies.
Ruma Rima is currently leased by a play therapist who is looking to sub-let her play room. Rental includes one designated parking spot to the front of the property (for you or your client) and the use of shared facilities and wifi.
